Meet Nathan
Nathan is a certified Executive High Performance & Resilience coach. A Double Olympian for Team GB and a sports scientist from one of the world’s leading sports science universities - Loughborough University.
He has lived and breathed high performance throughout an international career spanning over twenty-two years at world-class level, demonstrating a wealth of resilience that has enabled him to achieve such longevity.
High performance goes far beyond excelling at work, achieving a goal, or delivering on a specific occasion. True high performance lies in the consistency of daily behaviours, habits, and mindset across both personal and professional lives. At its core, health and wellbeing serve as the foundation for peak performance.
Nathan is twice ranked in the top three in the world and has won two European silver medals in the triple jump. He has been British Champion for a record eight times. A GB Team Captain – he was awarded this honour in recognition of his resilience during times of difficulty.
As a certified Executive Coach, NLP Practitioner, and graduate of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy from The Oxford University Mindfulness Centre, Nathan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his coaching and training. Additionally, he is certified in Traumatic Stress Studies by the world-leading Trauma Research Foundation.
He advises blue chips on their leadership resilience. His years of experience working with leading organisations provide a deep understanding of the pressures leaders and their teams need to manage.
